In Balance is a brand new, effective 10 week weight loss and healthy eating programme designed and delivered to you by Aoife Hanna, Dietitian, BSc, PG Cert, M.I.N.D.I.
In Balance is an alternative option to the mass marketed commercial weight loss programmes. The ethos of In Balance is to educate you on what nutrition and healthy eating are, rather than just advising you on simply what to eat. Additionally, you will learn about mindfulness, and how to become more aware of what you eat. The course is designed to address a different aspect of nutrition every week, for example; metabolism, carbohydrates, diet and mental health, as well as looking at new mindful concepts for you to focus on during each week. By the end of the programme, you will have lost weight and have a better knowledge of nutrition.
