French Salad Dressing
Ingredients -
100ml white wine vinegar
100ml extra virgin olive oil
200ml vegetable oil (made from rapeseed)
1 clove garlic finely chopped
2 heaped dessert spoons of wholegrain honey mustard OR 2 heaped dessert spoons of regular wholegrain mustard, with 1 teaspoon of honey
Salt and pepper to season

Method
Get a clean, empty water bottle or resealable container that holds 500ml of fluid.
Add in all the above ingredients into a jug and stir with a spoon, and then pour into the bottle.
Secure the lid, and shake vigorously until all the ingredients mix together.
Store in the fridge and shake before use each time.
This dressing is a perfect way to liven up any salad.
